The Charente-Maritime and the Marais Poitevin are full of typical products and culinary specialties: Pineau, Charentais melon, Charentais galette… or even angelica, eel… for the Marais Poitevin.
But some products come even more specifically from our villages, and promise incredible flavours: Charron mussel, recognized as a brand of bouchot mussel, Surgères butter, or Marans hen eggs.
