Elsa Guillaume is a ceramist and visual artist. She offers us an initiatory journey that takes us from the abyss to the surface, to discover these floating worlds still too little known. Through the ceramics and glass that she fashions in her sculptures, she lets us see strange creatures that oscillate between chimeras and real species. Certain works, produced for the occasion in blown glass, the Nautiloids, seem to defy the laws of weightlessness. Through ceramics and glass, the artist pays homage to the immense poetic potential of the sea.
