Oh Miel Marsais is a project led by two people passionate about bees: Laurie and Jean-François.
They met their bees in 2016, starting with 6 colonies. Very quickly they see the need for training to better support them. The years go by and the number of colonies is expressed in 3 figures, 100 and more...!
The year 2023 has some lovely taste surprises in store, notably through the production of marsh, forest and buckwheat honey.
The apiaries are located in different areas of Charente-Maritime and Deux-Sèvres, which allows them to offer different honeys today (colors, smells, flavors, textures, etc.).
Laurie and Jean-François are committed to working locally and want to share their honey and their passion.
The labels are manufactured for a printing company located in Surgères. For 2 years, they have also been developing a concept for recovering glass jars for reuse with the aim of preserving the resource.
