Surrounded by a green park decorated with large trees and designed in the mid-19th century, Saint Germain forms an ensemble dating partly from the 18th century.
The storage of the barrels along their length makes them the characteristic of “farmhouses”.
In the 19th century, a third part finished bringing everything together to form a horseshoe, making it a typically Charente residence.
With Charente peasant roots (for four generations), mixed with the origins of Norman shipwrights, this place is a true link between land and sea, both on a genealogical and geographical level.

La Cameline and La Cagouille (located in the Petite Tour), in reference to the kitchen,
La Redingote (located in L'Ecurie), in reference to horse riding.
