Festive day

The Charente Maritime Widow and Widow Solidarity Association is organizing a festive day in Ferrières d'Aunis in collaboration with the Vendée and Deux Sèvres associations. The activity is intended for widows & widowers of Charente Maritime and their guests.

How the day went :

From 10 a.m.: Rando chats; Short and easy route, which allows you to get some fresh air while getting to know the other participants, hence the name “talkative hike”.

Around 11:30 a.m.: an aperitif will be served and followed by a shared picnic.

At 14:30 p.m. Dancing afternoon with orchestra (€8.5)

Around 17 p.m. brioche break, drinks/coffee/chocolate

Ends at 19:30 p.m.

*After the loss of a spouse, loneliness is often difficult to live with. The aim of the association is on the one hand to bring moral comfort to those who feel the need, and on the other hand to break this loneliness, to help regain confidence by finding a life
more fulfilling social life and balance.
For this, the association intends to organize: cultural outings, hikes, picnics, dance evenings, themed meetings, information meetings, conferences with speakers of various skills, for psychological or administrative help, etc.*
