This visit highlights Hennessy XO, one of the House's most emblematic cognacs. You will have the privilege of entering the Hennessy “Paradis” cellar where some of the House’s oldest eaux-de-vie rest.

During a multisensory journey on both banks of the Charente, uncover the secrets of one of the House's emblematic references, Hennessy XO, a complex blend created by Maurice Hennessy in 1870 for his close friends.

During this unique visit, your guide will open the doors of the Chai des Pavillons, an old authentic cellar where centuries of history blend with the contemporaneity of a multisensory scenography, and the prestigious Chai Paradis. You will discover the phenomenon known as the “angels’ share” and the essential role of the oak barrels in which the House’s eaux-de-vie are aged.
Then discover the brand new immersive virtual reality experience, MOBILIS. A visual, sound and sensory creation imagined by French artists Olivier Kuntzel & Florence Deygas and inspired by the expressive sketches of founder Richard Hennessy. This multidisciplinary creation at the crossroads of high technology and poetry required 2 years of work and the talent of more than 50 contributors.
Finally, we will invite you to take part in a guided tasting ritual around our emblematic Hennessy XO cognac: dry, on ice and in cocktails, accompanied by XO chocolates or gourmet bites.
