Aquabike lessons in the Antilles of Jonzac

The aquafitness team offers you an aquacycling course thanks to the water bike, you will change positions while keeping a high pedaling rhythm throughout the session.

Location: all classes take place in the Espace Forme in a depth of 1,3m.

Capacity:
- We welcome a maximum of 20 people in Aquabike lessons.
- Courses with reservation obligation (limited number of places): It is necessary to reserve your place for the courses by calling the Antilles reception or with the hostesses directly.
- No classes on public holidays.

Modalities
- A medical certificate is compulsory for the practice of aquatic activities.
- All classes are by reservation.
- Aquagym lessons are prohibited for young people under the age of 16, even accompanied by an adult.

Lessons can be canceled in the event of technical problems (non-compliant pool analyses, temperature problem, etc.).
