Martell Corporate Foundation

Place of all contemporary creations, the Martell Corporate Foundation continues to reinvent itself through a multidisciplinary program and the gradual transformation of its spaces.

Launched in 2016 in Cognac, the Martell Corporate Foundation opened its first spaces in 2018: a ground floor of 885 m2, dedicated to immersive installations and a panoramic terrace on the roof of the building which has become an emblematic place of the season. summer in Cognac. In 2019, the 1st floor was renovated and now hosts the Ateliers du faire, a production platform dedicated to residencies for artists and craftsmen around 5 materials: glass, ceramics, wood, paper and textiles. The top floors will be rehabilitated in 2020.

The development of the Foundation continues in 2020 with several highlights in the programming: an immersive exhibition on the ground floor entitled Places to be and dedicated to 10 international designers, a permanent commission on the 1st floor entitled La Cène and imagined by the designer French Guillaume Bardet, and artistic residencies throughout the year.
Everything is punctuated by events (Save the Date MétaMusiques concert, Electro Boom, etc.) and sensitive activations as part of the Care program, which through yoga sessions, a local producers' market and conferences on issues of society, offers to take care of oneself, of others and of the planet.

The Martell Corporate Foundation aims to become a new cultural destination. This new center of innovation and culture, anchored in the territory, will become a driver of growth, development and sustainable enhancement of the department and the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region.
