The cottage is an old family home which has been completely renovated to offer the level of comfort and luxury you expect for your holidays.

Heated swimming pool 10 x 5 m with high shelter (minimum 1,80m) and enclosed grounds. The swimming pool is private every other evening from 19 p.m. (only when the two rentals are rented at the same time) so that you can spend pleasant evenings with friends or family, over a drink or other (courtyard and garden available around the swimming pool).
The swimming pool is open from March to mid-November (it is heated for the end of year celebrations).

Vehicle parking possible either in the courtyard or in a car park located 30 m away (free; at the owner's).

Possibility of cleaning services and rental of sheets.

Geographical location: 5 km from the TGV station of Surgères (all shops); 25 km from La Rochelle; 30 km from the island of Ré; 25 km from the Marais Poitevin.
