Most of the products used in our kitchen or sold in our restaurant have obtained an organic farming label or high environmental value certification. These are, for the vast majority and whenever possible, fresh products, from the French sector and primarily from the local or regional sector.

Rest’ô Salon offers you a seasonal menu that varies regularly. This menu consists of a starter, a main course, a cheese bite and a dessert.
In order to adapt to everyone's tastes and dietary preferences, we offer two starters, two main courses and two desserts to choose from. By reservation only, we can adapt a version for vegetarians or for specific gluten-free diets or with a particular intolerance.

Passionate about cooking and the benefits of the plant world, Lili, your chef, colors her dishes every week with different plants, spices, flowers, vegetables and fruits that will delight you. As for Fred, your room manager, he remains at your service and will accompany you throughout this moment of conviviality.
