Built in 1927, the Courçon flour mill has retained traditional methods of crushing locally grown milling wheat. Sale of flour offered from Monday to Friday from 8:15 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 14 p.m. to 18 p.m.
The Courçon mill was built in 1927 and has maintained its independence over the years. By maintaining traditional methods of crushing locally grown milling wheat, the mill produces quality flour.
In 2021, a fire destroyed part of the mill. The reconstruction work has just started and we hope to resume our production in Courçon at the end of 2023 or the beginning of 2024. Sale of flour to individuals from Monday to Friday.
