Sale at the brewery by appointment, or at the producer shops A la Ferme d'Aunis in Surgères, and at Les Fermiers du Marais Poitevin in Ferrières.
Cereal farmers, Laurent and Arnaud decided, since 2010, to transform part of their spring barley and wheat into craft beers: blonde, amber, white and brown. Within their micro-brewery located in Suiré, in the town of Nuaillé d'Aunis, they ensure the production, that is to say the brewing as well as the bottling. La Rieuse is unfiltered, unpasteurized and refermented in the bottle.
