Farmer, Christophe Pacaud transforms his durum wheat into artisanal pasta.
This wheat is harvested in July and stored on the farm. Then it is ground with a stone grinder in order to obtain a good flour. Pasta in multiple shapes, are elaborated meticulously with this flour 100% made from durum wheat.
The transformation takes place in the farm laboratory in Breuil-la-réorte.
