Academy of Brass and Percussion of Surgères

The Surgères Brass and Percussion Academy, present in Surgères for 26 years, takes place from July 20 to 27.
125 trainees supervised by internationally renowned professionals will perform throughout the stay to liven up the city.

In the programme :
* In the castle grounds, on Monday 22, Tuesday 23 and Wednesday 24 the trainees will perform in “mini-concerts” from 18:30 p.m. to 19:30 p.m.
* On Thursday 25, some musicians will perform at the “les springinières” residence at the end of the morning.
* Friday 26, in the morning the residents of the EHPAD will be able to enjoy a little aubade given by the youngest.
From 17 p.m., as part of the Surgères Brass Festival, Douves open stage, concert by Academy teachers
* Saturday July 27: marching band in the city center at 10:30 a.m. and end-of-course concert at 14 p.m. on the open stage of the Surgères Brass Festival
