Place of cultural life, the media library of Surgères aims to provide a public reading service open to all.
It contributes to information, continuing education, leisure and cultural activity for the entire population.
Many cultural events are also organized to highlight the collections of the media library: exhibitions; meetings with writers, poets or illustrators, readings; workshops, ….
