Cédric, why did you switch from telephony to agriculture?
A deep desire, even though I don't come from an agricultural background. And the chance to have arable land in the family abandoned for several decades. In 2015 when I was settling down, my retired father helped me a lot and he liked it! After the first year, I started converting to organic. In the meantime, Célia arrived on the farm and we were able to set up the processing lab.
Her pastry training works wonders!

Célia, so you're the one cooking this much-talked-about ratatouille?
And yes… I love it! But above all, I hate throwing away food, especially when we've gone to great lengths to produce it… and so this lab allows us to make very good, all-natural products without any preservatives. So we don't throw anything away!

What do you want?
To continue to do what we please, as we please. The traders with whom we work, the customers who come to the farm appreciate our fruits and vegetables, so yes, we are happy!
