Organic is above all a conviction, then it is the opportunity to have been able to acquire a wasteland, untouched by any production. So the crops could immediately be labeled organic. It's not complicated, but you have to be rigorous, patient and attentive to everything. And then going from a small seed to a magnificent fruit, it's magic!

So the Gardens of Aunis are a creation?
Indeed, in the logic of a reconversion and a real desire to return to the land. I went from being a computer scientist in the Paris region to a market gardener in Forges. If the first season I bought my seedlings to ensure the harvest, today I sow my seedlings, my seedlings; I learn every day and I love this contact with nature!

Yes, and at the same time, we stay in the village, so not far from everything either. Quite quickly, people came and came back. Word of mouth also works very well. On Friday, I'm happy to see my clients again, we chat, it's moving, it's really friendly. And then look, my other little visitor: this little robin who accompanies me all winter long, follows me for a good part of the day, rather nice, isn't it?
