Arid landscapes, bathed in light, where matter finds peace…
Kham Meslien's compositions evoke wide open spaces because the musician borrows the narrative power of the double bass and the warmth of catchy melodies. Accompanied by a looper and effects, a charango and percussion, he explores the sounds of his instrument, layering loops and improvisations, reminiscent of Henri Texier's early solo albums or the worlds of pianist Nils Frahm.
With this project, Kham Meslien embarks on a new adventure, introspective and shared.
