Technique to use
Eel fishing in the “worm” way consists of making a ball by stringing earthworms one after the other on a cotton thread. Attached to the end of a strong line, the ball is then immersed in water and when the eel bites this ball, you have to acquire the skill to put it dry in the umbrella.

Crayfish fishing technique

Scale fishing.
Technique to use
The scale consists of a metal circle 30 cm in diameter on which is attached a net with 10 mm mesh which forms a pocket. The bait is hooked to the bottom of the net and the scales are immersed in the ditches and small canals.
Each fisherman is entitled to 6 scales and must kill each crayfish caught by "castrating" it before transporting it.
