Mervent Natur'Zoo

Come visit this green animal park filled with many species of animals including a pair of sand cats, bald eagles and the only species of Iberian lynx present in France.

You can enjoy moments of relaxation with the playground, the mini-farm, the catering area and the shop.
A whole team of healers will welcome you through different activities during your visit.
Located in the heart of the Mervent forest, 6 minutes from Fontenay-le-Comte, the Natur'Zoo is home to more than 300 animals in large wooded enclosures:
– large carnivores with in particular a unique presentation of black bears and white wolves in the same space, without forgetting the 2018 extension of 1 hectare “the savannah of the lions”;
– the forest of free-roaming lemurs over 8m²;
– the 2-hectare African plain with giraffes, antelopes and ostriches;
– large African (hornbills, flamingos), South American (macaws, small monkeys…) and bald eagle aviaries.
