The promenade à roulettes® provides an accessible route for people with disabilities, strollers, or children with tricycles, scooters or balance bikes thanks to easy-to-access and safe routes.
Access: From La Rochelle, join the D 108 at the République roundabout (Périgny) towards Clavette-la Jarrie. Continue to Rue de Frace.
From Aigrefeuille town center, follow the road to Virson, then the rue de Frace.
Walking directions:
From the car park, take the path on the right after the kiosk, then left after the toilets.
Follow the canal (playgrounds on the right). Turn around at the poplar grove (the footbridges are not wheelchair accessible).
Available for this route: parking with disabled spaces and disabled toilets, stabilized ground, a secure area with tables and benches,
off-road with tourist interest and entertainment.
The rollerblading® is offered by the FFRandonnée Charente-Maritime with the participation of the Pieds Musclés Aigrefeuillais association.
