About

In Chambon, Thierry Renaudin recovers cabinetmaking wood and vine stocks to create lamps and everyday objects: candle holders, plant stands, etc.

A trained cabinetmaker, Thierry Renaudin has been working with wood in all its forms for almost 20 years. He has always had a taste for creation: sculpture, leatherwork, jewelry... he enjoys giving life to his imagination in order to share it.
The sinuous and vibrant forms of her lamps were inspired by the Zen concept of WABI-SABI (which refers to the appreciation of aging, impermanence, and the beauty of simple and imperfect things in connection with nature). It is respect for the history of the elements that guides her hands.

These unique vines waited more than 50 years before being presented in this way, bathed in light.
Each base is made by him, with pieces of wood recovered throughout his activity: oak, elm, teak, rosewood, zebrano...
The entire electrical system is carefully concealed within the wood itself.
Thierry Renaudin is also available for any personalized orders.
